VapeSix Return Policy
VapeSix accepts returns for the following reasons:
Changed your mind? If you’ve decided you do not want to keep a product, initiate a return within 30 days and send it back to us for a refund!
- Unopened items will receive a refund net of all shipping charges.
- Opened items will receive a refund net of all shipping charges and a 15% restock fee.
Received the wrong item? That’s our bad, we’ll fix it. Just send it back to us, and we will send you a replacement. We will pay for return shipping and re-shipping.
Item was received damaged? Just let us know within 72 hours of receipt, and we’ll fix it. Just send it back to us, and we will send you a replacement. We will pay for return shipping and re-shipping.
Please note, there are some exceptions. We cannot take returns on e-liquid, liquid products, opened replacement atomizer heads / coils, other consumable products, batteries, or drip tips.
How to initiate a return:
- Visit https://vapesix.returnly.com/ and follow the instructions to initiate a return
- Select the item(s) for return
- Select the reason for return
- Print out the USPS return label
- Carefully package the product for return in a padded USPS envelope or other protective packaging
- Ship the product back to us
- Upon receipt of the product, we will confirm the return and issue a refund or replacement, net of any pertinent charges
